By accessing and using Skm.tc's software-as-a-service platform ("Service"), provided by Constructor Labs Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skm.tc provides an API design and code generation platform that enables users to:

• Design APIs using TypeSpec and OpenAPI specifications
• Generate code artifacts from API specifications
• Deploy and manage API endpoints
• Access pre-built code generators and templates
• Collaborate on API development projects

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be compromised

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Create and manage API specifications for legitimate business purposes
• Generate code for personal or commercial projects
• Collaborate with team members on API development
• Deploy APIs to supported platforms

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Create malicious, harmful, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in activities that could damage or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content remain our property

• The software code that powers the Service is proprietary

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service

• Generated code artifacts are yours to use under standard software licensing terms

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers

6.2 Payment Processing

• We use third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for maintaining current payment information

7. Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Issues arising from your misuse of the Service

10. Indemnification

11. Termination

• Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
• Generated code artifacts remain yours after termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
